With the support of fhi 360 Linkages project, NAP+N is implement Capacity Strengthening of National PLHIV Network in Nepal since 2005. This project focuses on institutionalization of the network to plan and conduct advocacy for ensuring effective service delivery.The LINKAGES project supports countries to implement evidence‐based HIV interventions for key populations (KP) at scale and to sustain those services. FHI 360 and its partners will provide overarching technical leadership in KP programming and respond flexibly to USAID request for support.
Period of Performance: October 1, 2016-March 31, 2019
Objective: To strengthen the capacity and commitment of the network of PLHIV at the national level to improve access to prevention, care and treatment services.
The project goal will be achieved through the following results:
• Results Area 1: Increased availability of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services, including reliable coverage across the continuum of care for KPs.
• Results Area 2: Demand for comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services among KPs enhanced and sustained.
• Results Area 3: Strengthened systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for KPs
