Empowerment of Women Living with HIV (WLHIV) 29 January, 2018

NAP+N has contracted with Nepal CRS Company Pvt.Ltd. to implement ‘Empowerment of Women Living With HIV (WLHIV) effective from 25th December 2017.Nepal CRS Company which works in the repackaging of temporary family planning devices established ware house in Hetauda focusing on PLHIV women.
As Nepal CRS Company is a reputed organization in nepal and it’s a great opportunity of NAP+N to link with Nepal CRS company, There were altogether 24 employees working for it whereMore than 70% women were PLHIVs.Everyone in this project were PLHIV women Now, the programme is running smoothly.Nepal CRS Company, ward president, provincial leader, sub metro politician leader,local community, USAID and especially employee working in this project who works more than assigned duration has a great role to make this programme run effectively.

Objective: To strengthen the capacity of WLHIV through income generating activities.

Achievements and Lesson Learnt: 24 WLHIV were employed from the project.
