Training of health workers on human rights and medical ethics related to HIV 04 June, 2018

NAP+N had conducted Training to health workers which is based on Human Rights and Medical Ethics related to HIV in different districts of Nepal supported by National Center for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC). All the participants were from medical fields.
The intent of this training was to remove barriers on human rights and medical ethics related to HIV/AIDS.
Specific objectives:
-To familiarize with the current scenario of HIV in Nepal
-To describe about the human right related barrier and medical ethics in HIV services
-To enable health workers to recognize HIV related stigma and discrimination in health care settings
-To increase knowledge about and confidence in dealing HIV/AIDS and reduce fear and misconceptions
