Memorandum 07 December, 2023

NAP+N has issued a Memorandum on the occasion Candle Light Day, a day before the 36th World AIDS Day. The Candle Light Day is the memorial day for those people who has lost their life within that year. Every year NAP+N is organizing the Candle Light Day through out the country.
