Community Led Monitoring (CLM) 18 May, 2023

Community-led monitoring (CLM) is an accountability mechanism for HIV responses at different levels, led and implemented by local community-led organizations of people living with HIV, networks of key populations, other affected groups or other community entities.

The objectives of CLM are:
Strengthen community monitoring systems that will identify barriers to improve access to testing, treatment, and care and support for HIV services

Identify and deliver tailored community mobilization and advocacy strategies aimed at increasing accountability for the provision of quality HIV services

Allow the community to share feedback from the CLM initiatives and to ensure responsive mechanism at all levels for HIV service delivery improvement
